Knauf GCC is seeking an experienced Production Shift Leader for its Plasterboard Line at the Ras Al Khaimah manufacturing site. This full-time, on-site role is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with leadership skills and a passion for operational excellence to join a global leader in construction materials manufacturing.

As a Production Shift Leader, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of production during your assigned shift, ensuring operations run smoothly, efficiently, and in line with quality standards. Your ability to coordinate teams, prioritize tasks, and resolve operational issues will be key to success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all shift operations for the plasterboard production line.

• Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and quality control.

• Lead and motivate team members to achieve shift targets and KPIs.

• Communicate effectively with other departments to maintain production flow.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.

• Troubleshoot and resolve production-related issues promptly.

• Maintain accurate shift records and reports.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a shift leadership role.

• Diploma or higher in a relevant field.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.

• Proficient in MS Office and basic computer applications.

• Willingness to work flexible shifts and perform occasional heavy lifting.
