Job Title: Production Planner

Job Description:
Universal Rubber Belt Manufacturing is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Production Planner to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and managing production schedules, optimizing resources, and ensuring smooth manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage production schedules to meet customer demands and deadlines.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure material availability and optimal workflow.
• Monitor production progress, identify bottlenecks, and address any delays or issues.
• Optimize resource utilization to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
• Maintain accurate records of production data, inventory levels, and forecasts.
• Ensure adherence to quality and safety standards in manufacturing processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 to 5 years of experience in production planning or a similar role in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of production planning principles, supply chain processes, and inventory management.
• Proficiency in ERP systems, Microsoft Excel, and data analysis tools.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities to coordinate across departments.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and handle multiple priorities.

Salary:
AED 4,000 per month (inclusive of fixed allowances).
