A leading FMCG company in Dubai is seeking an experienced and results-driven Production Manager to oversee daily manufacturing operations. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in shop floor management, ERP systems, and continuous improvement processes. The Production Manager will report directly to the Head of Operations and play a key role in achieving production targets, maintaining quality standards, and driving operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage shop floor operations to meet daily production targets
• Prepare departmental budgets and production schedules (weekly/monthly)
• Maintain and update production data in ERP systems (Oracle/SAP)
• Identify and resolve production bottlenecks and quality issues
• Monitor RM/PM inventory levels and coordinate with Stores
• Oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives and loss tree analysis
• Track and control RM/PM yield and wastage
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
• Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and execute action plans
• Coordinate with purchasing for inventory procurement
• Train production and maintenance staff on operational best practices
• Maintain alignment with sales and marketing objectives
• Ensure workplace safety and report any incidents or hazards

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 10 years of experience in an FMCG production environment
• Proficient in ERP systems (Oracle, SAP) and MS Office
• Strong knowledge of machinery operation and resource optimization
