Join TikTok’s Product Strategy and Operations (PSO) team, a fast-paced unit that bridges the gap between global product development and local market execution. You will gain hands-on experience driving go-to-market strategies, analyzing data, managing projects, and supporting product innovation in the world of short-form video and digital advertising.
Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with regional sales teams to identify product challenges, analyze trends, and influence development through actionable feedback.

Create performance dashboards and visual reports to communicate project progress and insights.

Support the launch of ad products through project management and stakeholder alignment across global and local teams.

Develop client-focused best practices and training materials for internal enablement and external education.

Help shape product narratives that align with advertiser goals and regional trends.
What We’re Looking For
Minimum Qualifications
-
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Business, or a related field.

Available to start in June 2025 for 5–6 months.

Proficiency in Excel and comfort working with data to solve complex problems.
-
Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify and present complex information clearly.

Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to contribute in a dynamic, multicultural environment.
Preferred Qualifications
-
Previous experience in a media agency, or with advertising/influencer marketing.

Familiarity with TikTok’s ad products and monetization systems.
-
Fluency in Arabic, Turkish, or Russian is a plus.

A commercially minded, performance-driven individual with a passion for branding and user engagement.
