Established Search is seeking a Product Specialist for a global leader in dental technology. You will manage and grow the hygiene and prophylaxis business across the Middle East, supporting education for distributors and dental professionals, and promoting solutions that improve clinical practice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales growth and expand hygiene and prophylaxis portfolio across the Middle East.

• Identify and prioritise new business opportunities; monitor market trends and competitor activity.

• Organise and deliver product training for dealers and end users.

• Conduct educational activities such as lectures, workshops, and KOL meetings.

• Support dealers with sales, marketing, and business development initiatives.

• Build strong relationships with dental professionals in private and government sectors.

• Collaborate with the global hygiene team and headquarters for strategy alignment.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a dentist, dental hygienist, or dental consumables sales professional.

• Proven ability to grow sales and develop new business in the dental sector.

• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Proactive and independent, yet able to collaborate across teams.

• Comfortable with regular travel across the region.

• Based in the UAE (preferably Dubai).
