Bentley iTwin Ventures is seeking a dynamic Product Sales Engineer to join our high-performance sales team in Dubai. This hybrid role is ideal for a self-motivated sales professional with a background in engineering and a passion for driving digital transformation in infrastructure industries.

As a Product Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for selling Bentley’s Plant, Building, and MicroStation solutions to both new and existing clients. You’ll use your technical knowledge and consultative selling skills to drive revenue, provide value-driven solutions, and strengthen Bentley’s presence in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell Bentley software and services—focused on Plant, Building, and MicroStation solutions.

  • Qualify and close transactional and usage-based sales opportunities.

  • Utilize social media and tools like LinkedIn to engage and nurture prospects.

  • Plan and execute targeted sales campaigns and live solution-based sessions.

  • Build strong relationships with decision-makers across all organizational levels.

  • Forecast and manage opportunities in Hubspot CRM and follow Bentley’s Sales Process.

  • Deliver technical value propositions tailored to designers, engineers, and contractors.

  • Negotiate sales and service agreements with clients.

  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of Bentley’s commercial offerings and software support policies.

  • Travel as required for client engagement and events.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Piping, Industrial Engineering, or relevant experience in selling engineering software.

  • At least 1 year of experience in an engineering firm or in sales of related software products.

  • Familiarity with products like OpenPlant, PlantSpace, AutoPlant, Plant3D, or Tekla Structures is preferred.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and business productivity tools.

  • Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.

  • Strong organizational, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
