MANN+HUMMEL is looking for a Product & Pricing Manager to lead product and pricing management activities for its Automotive Aftermarket Business Unit. The role focuses on expanding and maintaining a competitive multibrand product portfolio across passenger cars, commercial vehicles, and off-highway applications, while managing pricing strategies to support sales growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
Product Management

Expand and optimize the multibrand product portfolio to meet market coverage goals.

Evaluate vehicle and component-level technical data to identify portfolio gaps.

Define market requirements for new parts, initiate internal workflows, and lead cross-functional product development for faster time-to-market.

Support sales, pricing, marketing, and customer service teams with product information and training.
Pricing Management

Analyze internal cost and pricing structures to optimize pricing strategy.

Implement pricing strategies across assigned territories.

Monitor sales performance, profitability, and discount impacts.

Collaborate with sales teams to support pricing campaigns and promotions.
Candidate Profile
-
Degree in technical or economic/scientific fields.

5+ years in product and/or pricing management.

Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Strong communication and teamwork skills.
-
Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure.

Experience with budget planning and project management coordination.
