Key Responsibilities:

• Packaging: Assist in packaging products according to company standards, ensuring accurate labeling, sealing, and protection for transport.

• Quality Control: Perform visual inspections of packaged goods to detect defects and immediately report discrepancies.

• Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels of packaging supplies (boxes, tape, labels) and alert supervisors when replenishment is needed.

• Cleanliness & Safety: Maintain a clean, organized packing area and adhere strictly to workplace safety protocols.

• Team Collaboration: Work efficiently with production team members to meet daily targets, ensuring smooth and coordinated workflow.

• Process Improvement: Suggest practical improvements to enhance packaging efficiency and reduce material waste.

Skills & Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Previous experience in packing, warehouse, or logistics roles is preferred

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

• Good communication and teamwork abilities

• Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and data entry
