Nextcare is hiring a Product Owner to join their team in a full-time, hybrid role. The ideal candidate will manage the Product Backlog to maximize the value of the product. This includes defining features, prioritizing user stories, and ensuring clear communication between stakeholders and the development team. The role also involves managing release planning, sprint execution, and collaborating closely with the Scrum Team.
Key Responsibilities:

Product Backlog Management: Define and prioritize Product Backlog items, ensuring clarity and visibility for all team members.

Release Planning: Work with the Scrum Team to plan releases and align the release backlog with the product vision.

Sprint Planning & Execution: Engage in Sprint Planning and Daily Stand-ups to support team progress and adjust priorities as needed.

Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements, ensuring the development team understands and implements them effectively.

Team Collaboration: Provide continuous support during Sprint execution, ensuring all user stories are understood and progress smoothly.
Experience/Education/Skills Required:

Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree

3+ years of experience as a Product Owner in a project management or product ownership role

Previous experience in the TPA/Insurance industry in the MEA/GCC region

Proficient in agile frameworks and servant leadership

Excellent skills in facilitation, conflict resolution, and continual improvement

Strong understanding of the software development life cycle
