Etihad Airways is looking for a Product Owner to join their technology and product development team in Abu Dhabi. Reporting to the Senior Product Manager, the Product Owner will define and prioritize user stories, ensure quality deliverables, and act as a key liaison between scrum teams and product strategy. This full-time, on-site role is crucial in supporting Etihad’s digital growth initiatives aligned with its ambitious Journey 2030 strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Product Manager on product strategy, vision, and roadmap

• Own and prioritize the team backlog for Iteration Planning and coordinate dependencies

• Detail user stories with acceptance criteria and validate against the Definition of Done (DoD)

• Accept completed stories and features, ensuring quality and stakeholder alignment

• Facilitate demos, retrospectives, and continuous improvement efforts

• Support cross-functional collaboration across multiple teams within the organization

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent (mandatory)

• Minimum 3 years of experience in product development or as a Product Owner

• Certifications like CSPO or SAFe Product Owner are a plus

• Solid understanding of Agile, SAFe, Scrum, and Lean methodologies

• Proven success in launching and managing technical products

• Strong communication and coordination skills

• Ability to define product vision and strategy with both technical and business insights
