As a key player at Huspy, you’ll own the product lifecycle, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and leverage data and market research to prioritize impactful initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

• Own Your Product: Manage the entire product lifecycle, ensuring it meets business goals and delivers value.

• Lead Your Team: Set clear goals, success metrics, and a roadmap aligned with the company’s mission.

• Collaborate Closely: Work with Design, Engineering, Marketing, Legal, and Strategy teams to bring your product vision to life.

• Drive Results: Use data and research to prioritize initiatives that will drive growth.

• Be a Problem Solver: Address challenges across various domains to continuously improve the product and processes.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• 2+ years of experience at a high-growth tech company or in finance-related fields (proptech, payments, crypto, insurance).

• 2+ years of proven success in leading consumer-facing products.

• 1+ year managing cross-functional teams (Engineering, Operations, and Design).

• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).

• Strong eye for UX/UI design and understanding of design best practices.

• Comfort in discussing technical topics with engineering teams and users.

• Strong analytical skills and a solid business sense to prioritize tasks based on ROI.

• Experience driving product vision and communicating with leadership, customers, and partners.

• Hands-on attitude with a readiness to tackle major projects directly.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in Proptech.

• STEM degree from a top university.

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
