Job Title: Product Owner 

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Product Owner to join our dynamic team and lead product strategy and execution for cutting-edge digital solutions. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in business analysis, Agile methodologies, and cross-functional team collaboration.

As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for driving product direction, managing project delivery, and ensuring our solutions meet both market demands and customer needs. You’ll bridge the gap between business goals and technical execution, working closely with stakeholders, UX designers, developers, and delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Product Strategy & Vision

  • Support the creation and execution of a strategic product roadmap with clear initiatives and features.

  • Define and communicate product vision and customer value proposition.

  • Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform product direction.

🔹 Agile Project Delivery

  • Collaborate with Project/Delivery Managers to align on scope, deliverables, and timelines.

  • Lead Agile ceremonies including backlog grooming, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.

  • Collect and translate business requirements into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.

  • Prioritize product backlog and ensure development teams have a clear understanding of tasks.

  • Create wireframes/mock-ups and collaborate with UX designers for user-centered designs.

  • Ensure timely delivery of features aligned with customer expectations and technical feasibility.

🔹 Cross-Team Collaboration

  • Act as the main liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders.

  • Provide product knowledge and training to internal teams including Customer Success.

  • Collaborate on go-to-market strategies, marketing support, and internal documentation.

  • Offer project updates and health status reports to senior management.

  • Participate in system implementations and continuous improvement initiatives.

Skills & Qualifications:

✅ Core Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of business process modeling, systems design methodology, and Agile practices.

  • Ability to document and analyze current vs. future system/data flows.

  • Proficiency with tools related to project management, testing, and process documentation.

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

  • Highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented.

✅ Preferred Certifications:

  • CCBA (Certification of Capability in Business Analysis)

  • CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional)

  • Scrum Product Owner / Agile Certifications

🎓 Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, MIS, Engineering, or a related field

💼 Experience:

  • 3–5 years of experience in business analysis, product ownership, or related fields.
