Role Overview
As a Product Manager – Pharma ME, you will drive strategic planning, brand development, and product launches in the Middle East region. This role demands a seasoned marketing professional with a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical sector and the ability to implement innovative, data-driven strategies that align with business goals and market trends.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership

Develop and execute regional brand strategies aligned with company goals

Lead successful product launches in the ME region

Ensure strategic alignment across all marketing and promotional activities
Market Insight & Innovation

Conduct ongoing market research, competitor analysis, and performance evaluations

Translate insights into actionable marketing plans and identify growth opportunities

Innovate with new media, digital platforms, and educational programs
Cross-functional Collaboration

Coordinate with internal teams (Regulatory, Medical Affairs, Sales, Finance) and external agencies

Engage stakeholders including HCPs, KOLs, and distributors across the region

Manage external marketing and advertising agencies
Operational Excellence

Track KPIs, measure campaign performance, and adjust strategies accordingly

Manage marketing budgets effectively to maximize ROI

Ensure full compliance with regulatory and legal guidelines
Event & Sales Support

Represent the brand at industry events and conferences

Partner with Sales teams to support commercial goals

Ensure seamless implementation of marketing programs in the field
Qualifications & Skills
Education:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field

PharmD, PhD, or MBA preferred
Experience:

Minimum 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare marketing

Proven success in product strategy, brand positioning, and commercialization
