ACCEL Human Resource Consultants is hiring a Product Manager – FinTech for a full-time, on-site opportunity in Abu Dhabi, UAE. We are looking for a seasoned professional with proven FinTech product development experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining product strategies, managing the product life cycle, launching new innovations, and overseeing partner and stakeholder engagement. This role demands a strategic thinker with strong analytical, communication, and leadership capabilities, capable of bridging technology with market-driven business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy & Roadmapping

Define product strategy and roadmap to align with evolving market demands and system integration needs.

Author and manage Market Requirements Documents (MRDs) and Product Requirements Documents (PRDs), prioritizing essential features.

Collaborate with sales and marketing to develop launch strategies for new products.

Establish pricing models using market research and sales data.
Product Management & Execution
-
Oversee full product life cycle from planning to launch.

Coordinate product releases with internal and external teams.

Provide deep technical and business knowledge on each product to relevant stakeholders.

Drive continuous product improvements and updates.

Propose and manage budget for successful product implementation.

Negotiate contracts and monitor vendor performance against SLAs.
Market & Competitive Research

Conduct thorough analysis of competitor products.

Visit clients with field teams to assess product performance and market perception.

Support R&D with data-driven insights and market forecasts.
Stakeholder & Relationship Management

Identify, analyze, and manage potential and existing partnerships.

Deliver detailed specifications and product data to internal teams and partners.

Maintain strong relationships with internal departments, partners, and clients.

Resolve technical, data, or service-related challenges promptly and effectively.
Reporting & Communication

Generate comprehensive weekly and monthly reports for stakeholders.

Present product performance insights and suggestions for partner-driven improvements.
Qualifications & Skills Required:

Demonstrated experience in FinTech product development is mandatory.

Strong technical acumen and understanding of financial systems and data strategies.
