Etihad Airways, the national airline of the UAE and a leader in global aviation, is hiring a Product Manager to join their Offer Systems team. This role is focused on the Acquire to Pay value stream, overseeing the development and management of systems related to Strategic Pricing, Demand Forecasting, Revenue Optimization, Ancillaries, and Network Planning.

The Product Manager will work closely with stakeholders to define strategy, vision, and roadmap, and ensure customer-centric solutions are delivered through Agile or hybrid methodologies. This role also supports continuous improvement, customer insight integration, and performance tracking of launched features.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and communicate product strategy, vision, and roadmap

• Manage non-functional requirements with architects and engineers

• Prioritize backlog based on evolving business and customer needs

• Lead feature presentations during Program Increment Planning

• Participate in Agile ceremonies including daily scrums and sprint reviews

• Facilitate system demos and stakeholder feedback sessions

• Measure product performance and adoption

• Coordinate with technical teams and stakeholders to manage dependencies, risks, and progress reporting

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Product Owner/Product Manager

• Airline industry experience preferred

• Agile certifications (e.g., CPM, ACPM) are desirable

• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (SAFe, Scrum, Lean)

• Experience defining product vision and making data-informed decisions

• Familiarity with design thinking and product development tools

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• Experience with airline systems like Amadeus PSS, PROS O&D, and ancillary tools is highly valued
