As a Product Manager at Tradeling, you will play a key role in shaping and executing the product strategy for your product domain. You will drive customer experience evolution through data-driven insights and collaborate cross-functionally with teams including engineering, design, marketing, and operations. Your responsibility spans from ideation to execution, ensuring products meet business goals and customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy: Develop and own the product strategy based on market intelligence, customer insights, and stakeholder input. Define product-market fit and validate key areas through market feedback such as A/B testing, customer interviews, etc.

Product Execution: Lead the full product lifecycle, including ideation, validation, technical development, launch, and continuous improvement. Ensure features are released on schedule and meet intended goals.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with design, engineering, and business teams to create a cohesive execution plan. Align goals and deliverables across teams to ensure product success.

Roadmap & KPIs: Manage the product roadmap and define KPIs to measure success. Communicate progress and updates to key stakeholders.

Problem Solving: Proactively identify and resolve issues that may impact project goals, timelines, or budgets.

Leadership: Influence senior executives and drive product development while meeting deadlines using agile methodologies like Scrum and Kanban.
Requirements:

7+ years of product management experience, preferably in Retail and E-commerce.

Experience in Web and Mobile Apps, Growth Hacking, and Funnel Optimization.

Proven track record of successful product launches and managing complex product development cycles.

Strong experience with agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and collaborating across multiple teams.

Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field, MBA preferred.

Demonstrable ability to work with data-driven insights and make strategic decisions.
