Mindware, a leading IT distributor in the Middle East and Africa, is looking for a Product Manager to oversee sales, strategy, and vendor relationships for assigned product lines. Based in Dubai, this full-time role involves managing the complete product lifecycle, defining go-to-market strategies, ensuring effective channel development, and driving growth in line with the company’s business objectives. The Product Manager will also be responsible for forecasting, marketing initiatives, and leading vendor partnerships across multiple territories.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop product strategy and roadmap for assigned products

• Manage the entire product lifecycle from planning to tactical execution

• Collaborate with regional Sales Managers to develop the appropriate sales channel

• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and future trends

• Build and maintain relationships with vendors aligned with corporate strategy

• Provide complex quotations and manage accurate inventory control

• Coordinate with marketing teams on product promotion and demand generation

• Prepare sales forecasts and market development reports

• Support partners with timely resources to meet customer expectations

• Expand customer database and drive long-term profitability

Talent Development Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and empower team members

• Ensure training and career development through performance reviews and succession planning

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales & Marketing, Engineering, or related field

• 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in product management or IT distribution

• Strong background in vendor relations, channel development, and sales forecasting

• Experience in managing cross-functional teams and large-scale product portfolios
