Job Title: Product Manager
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Product Manager – Consumer Engagement Solutions to join our CEMEA (Central and Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa) team. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in fintech or financial services, with a proven track record in delivering customer-centric solutions, managing cross-functional projects, and driving innovation in the digital landscape.
Key Responsibilities:

Act as a trusted advisor, thought leader, and problem solver for the CEMEA Consumer Engagement Solutions team.

Collaborate with local market teams to understand client requirements and tailor consumer solutions accordingly.

Gather and synthesize sub-regional feedback to influence product development roadmaps and innovation priorities.

Lead product delivery efforts including project management, consumer journey mapping, process development, and creation of client-ready collateral.

Coordinate closely with internal departments—Finance, Legal, Risk, Compliance, Marketing, and Business Development—to ensure alignment in consumer solution rollouts.

Design and test user experiences (UX) for product benefits; map customer journeys to support local and regional adoption.

Manage marketing communication tools such as issuer toolkits, websites, and mobile apps for both internal and client-facing use.

Monitor and evaluate product/solution performance, creating detailed reports, dashboards, and executive briefings to guide decision-making.
Required Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum 5+ years of experience in financial services or fintech with a focus on product management, analytics, and project delivery.

Demonstrated success in launching customer-facing digital products or solutions with innovative features.

Digitally savvy and aware of emerging fintech trends; ability to translate trends into actionable insights.

Strong understanding of market research, user requirements, and competitor landscapes to inform product strategy.

Excellent collaboration and communication skills; capable of navigating cross-functional teams in high-pressure environments.

Skilled in resolving ambiguity and driving strategic decisions.

Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and high-impact presentation development.

Experience with insurance-related solutions is a plus.
