The Product Manager will be responsible for driving product discovery, execution, and delivery in a fast-paced, high-autonomy environment. The role focuses on improving customer growth, enhancing user experience, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure alignment between product-market fit and business goals.
Key Responsibilities:

Elevate user experience to drive customer growth by leveraging existing company-owned APIs.

Conduct regular user interviews, usability tests, and competitor benchmarking to refine product direction.

Collaborate with business stakeholders, engineers, and designers to ensure product-market fit and business alignment.

Manage feature delivery, timelines, backlog, sprint planning, and feature releases.

Use analytics tools to track performance and make data-driven decisions for product improvements.

Facilitate team scrums and manage agile processes to ensure smooth execution of product initiatives.
Qualifications:

4-10 years of experience in a product management role, preferably in a B2C SaaS company.

Proven experience in leading customer growth initiatives.

Strong ability to document product requirements from strategy to user stories.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Strong execution skills, managing timelines, scope, and trade-offs.

Experience with tools like Figma, Miro, Jira, Confluence, Notion, Hotjar, Amplitude, and Slack.

High autonomy, comfortable working independently and proactively adjusting product scope as needed.

Team player with collaborative skills across business and technical teams.
