dnata Travel Group, part of one of the world’s largest air and travel services providers, is hiring a Product Implementation Officer to ensure a smooth onboarding and implementation experience for clients. The role demands strong project coordination skills, collaboration across teams, and a solid understanding of travel systems and operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Track project progress, risks, and resources, supporting reporting and budget monitoring

Assist in system, financial, and client setup, ensuring automation and compliance
-
Coordinate with stakeholders to streamline onboarding, gather data, and provide training
-
Support execution of client requirements, data integration for bookings, and invoicing
-
Manage change requests and ensure timely delivery across project lifecycle
-
Monitor processes, data quality, and reporting while recommending improvements
-
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth product deployment and procedural impact
Key Requirements:
-
Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business Management, Marketing, Tourism, or Hospitality)
-
Experience in corporate travel or similar commercial operations role preferred

Exposure to project coordination or implementation activities
-
Knowledge of travel operations, GDS systems, reporting standards, and data integration
-
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and numerical skills
-
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
