HONOR, a leading global provider of smart devices, is looking for a Product Experience Officer to enhance its product experience and improvement efforts in the Middle East region. This role is ideal for someone passionate about researching products, technology, and improving user experiences based on regional preferences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Test new products prior to launch and create product test reports and improvement feasibility reports based on the usage habits of Middle Eastern users.

• Experience products according to consumer preferences in the Middle East and Africa, identifying key selling points and areas for improvement.

• Collaborate with headquarters product managers, developers, and other teams to define detailed requirements.

• Design user interactions and user scenarios for mobile systems, ensuring a seamless and intuitive experience.

• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and validate design decisions.

• Iterate on designs based on user feedback and usability testing, collaborating with developer teams.

Qualifications:

• Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.

• Bachelor’s Degree.

• 5-8 years of experience as a product manager, Tech KOL, or similar role.

• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and curiosity.

• In-depth understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
