Eaton is seeking an experienced Product Architect – Fire Systems & Devices to lead the design, development, and optimization of fire safety product solutions. Based in Dubai, this role will be critical in defining the architecture and compliance standards for cutting-edge fire systems tailored to both global and regional market needs.

As a key member of Eaton’s product innovation team, you will collaborate across engineering, regulatory, and business functions to ensure our Life Safety solutions align with EN, UL, and market-specific standards—while integrating advanced technologies such as optical sensing and radio communications.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Design end-to-end fire solution and system architectures that address customer requirements and meet regional regulations.

• Ensure system components and product features meet stringent safety, cyber security, and performance benchmarks.

• Define modular and scalable system designs that support integration across Life Safety platforms.

• Lead feasibility analysis and manage trade-offs among cost, performance, and functionality.

• Develop and document technical interfaces, data structures, and testing protocols.

• Collaborate with international teams to align on design concepts, regulations, and market strategy.

• Maintain oversight of product compliance with global fire safety standards (EN, UL).

• Travel up to 20% to support engineering and customer collaboration.

🔹 Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, or Electromechanical Engineering

• 10+ years of experience in fire safety product design and architecture

• Deep understanding of Life Safety standards and product certification processes

• Expertise in fire detection systems, smoke sensing, and RF-based technologies

• Strong capability in system design, integration, and product lifecycle management

• Analytical mindset and structured problem-solving approach
