Solutions+ UAE, a Mubadala company, is hiring a Procurement Team Lead to manage its Contracts and Procurement division. This is a contract-based, full-time on-site role in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing procurement and contracting strategies across the organization while ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Managerial Duties:

Lead and coordinate the Contracts and Procurement Team ensuring timely and high-quality execution

Monitor procurement objectives and performance metrics
-
Oversee tenders and contracts to ensure quality, compliance, and effective resource utilization
-
Prepare performance and progress reports and advise management accordingly
Organizational Duties:
-
Ensure department staffing, training, and resource allocation
-
Implement and oversee performance evaluations and skill development
-
Promote a policy-driven and compliance-oriented procurement culture
-
Recommend and adopt the latest technology and procurement best practices
Functional Duties:
-
Develop annual Master Procurement Plans aligned with departmental budgets

Establish annual cost-saving targets and lead initiatives to achieve them
-
Build and manage strategic supplier relationships
-
Oversee documentation and compliance for tenders, contracts, and procurement templates
-
Lead supplier negotiations, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness
-
Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement efficiency improvements
-
Support procurement activities for subsidiaries and stay updated on regulatory changes
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field

MCIPS qualification or currently pursuing MCIPS certification
Experience:
-
Minimum 10 years of procurement experience, including at least 5 years in a managerial position
