Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Specialist to join our Dubai office and support multi-branch procurement operations.

This role is ideal for a structured professional with strong negotiation skills and analytical thinking, who thrives in a dynamic, international environment.


Key Responsibilities

Procurement & Supplier Management

  • Manage supplier relationships and coordinate with MOP and accounting departments

  • Place orders and control delivery timelines

  • Conduct supplier reconciliations

  • Calculate delivery and procurement costs

Inventory & Operations

  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely stock replenishment

  • Provide procurement support across multiple branches

  • Coordinate import documentation and certification processes

  • Manage logistics and shipping coordination

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement

  • Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration or Logistics preferred)

  • Experience with ERP systems, Excel, and Google Apps
    (Zoho experience is an advantage)

  • Strong negotiation and analytical skills

  • High attention to detail

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
