HONOR, a global technology leader in smart devices, is hiring a Procurement Specialist to support its growing operations in Dubai. This full-time role is key to maintaining efficient procurement processes, managing vendor relations, and ensuring compliance with quality and delivery standards. Candidates with marketing procurement experience are highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage the procurement of materials, products/services, and equipment to support business operations and projects.

Create, review, and track purchase orders (POs).

Ensure timely delivery and compliance through effective supplier communication.

Help establish and maintain strong supplier/vendor relationships.
-
Coordinate with accounts payable to resolve pricing issues or payment delays.
-
Work closely with project management, finance, and cost control teams to streamline procurement.
-
Manage delivery timelines, supplier payments, and bank guarantee processes.

Preferred: Handle procurement for marketing-related services (media buying, KOL, content creation, press releases).
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Economics, Business, or Marketing.

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in procurement, sales, logistics, or contracts.

Fluency in English and Chinese is required; Arabic is a plus.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Excellent analytical, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
