BIWIN TECHNOLOGY is looking for a Procurement Specialist to manage purchasing activities for their storage products. The ideal candidate will have experience in electronics or IT hardware procurement, focusing on cost optimization and supply chain efficiency. This position is crucial for ensuring the timely availability of components and materials needed for production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supplier Management: Identify and evaluate suppliers, build relationships, and secure favorable terms.

• Purchase Order Processing: Generate purchase orders based on production schedules and inventory needs.

• Cost Management: Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery conditions to optimize procurement costs.

• Inventory Control: Work with production and warehouse teams to maintain proper inventory levels.

• Quality Assurance: Ensure all purchased materials meet quality standards in collaboration with the QA department.

• Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, supply chain risks, and component pricing.

• Documentation: Maintain procurement records, prepare reports, and update the ERP system.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.

• Experience: 3+ years in procurement, preferably in electronics or IT hardware.

• Skills: Knowledge of electronic components and storage products, ERP systems, strong negotiation, and analytical skills.
