The UAE National Orchestra is seeking a Procurement Specialist to oversee the sourcing of equipment and services crucial for its dynamic performances, rehearsals, and events. This role requires an individual with experience in the performing arts, entertainment, or live events industry, who will work closely with the Operations Director to align procurement activities with the orchestra’s artistic and operational goals.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with the orchestra’s artistic schedules and operational goals.

Source and manage specialized items like musical instruments, performance technology, and artist services.

Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.

Collaborate across teams including production, artistic, and finance.

Lead cost control efforts while maintaining high service quality and compliance with all relevant standards.
Qualifications:

3–5 years of procurement experience, preferably within the arts, entertainment, or live events sector.

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Strong negotiation, vendor management, and inventory control skills.

Proficiency in procurement systems and fluent English (Arabic is a plus).
