Revive Renovation is seeking a full-time, on-site Procurement Officer to join their team in Business Bay, Dubai. The ideal candidate will manage procurement and purchasing tasks specific to renovation and fit-out projects, including contract negotiation, supplier sourcing, and coordination with site engineers and company drivers. Knowledge of Dubai’s renovation market is essential. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Negotiate contracts and source project requirements from suppliers.

• Coordinate with Site Engineers to prioritize project needs.

• Liaise with company drivers regarding site labor, materials, and tools requirements.

• Manage office procurement needs.

• Apply for permit approvals and community management applications.

• Handle other purchasing and procurement tasks as directed by management.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Proven experience in procurement and purchasing, preferably in renovation or construction.

• Strong contract negotiation and purchase order management skills.

• Analytical mindset with excellent organizational and time management abilities.

• Detail-oriented with accuracy in procurement documentation.

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

• Familiarity with Dubai’s renovation market is required.

• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.

Salary: AED 3500-4000 (dependent on experience)
