The company is looking for a seasoned Procurement Manager to join their team in a full-time hybrid capacity. This role is pivotal in managing all procurement functions, including strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, vendor management, and supply chain optimization. The ideal candidate will bring extensive procurement experience within the construction sector and demonstrate strong leadership in delivering timely and cost-effective purchasing solutions to support ongoing projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute procurement strategies in line with project goals and budget constraints.

• Source and negotiate contracts for construction materials, services, and equipment.

• Evaluate supplier performance and maintain productive vendor relationships.

• Collaborate with project managers, engineering, and finance teams to plan procurement activities.

• Monitor inventory and ensure timely material deliveries to job sites.

• Ensure all procurement activities comply with relevant legal and regulatory standards.

• Generate procurement reports, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and implement process improvements.

• Lead and support the development of the procurement team.

Skills Required:

• Expertise in procurement and supply chain operations within the construction industry.

• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.

• Proficient in procurement tools and ERP systems.

• Excellent communication, vendor management, and analytical skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively across departments and meet tight deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of procurement experience, preferably in construction.

• Fluent in English; Arabic language proficiency is an advantage.

• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Riyadh, with flexibility for hybrid work.
