Qube Art Frames | Gallery is seeking a dynamic and experienced Procurement Manager to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in Dubai. The ideal candidate will oversee all purchasing activities, ensuring the procurement of high-quality goods and services at the most competitive prices. This position plays a vital role in maintaining supplier relationships, contract negotiations, cost management, and ensuring timely delivery of materials.
Key Responsibilities:

Supplier Sourcing & Management: Identify and evaluate reliable vendors; build and maintain strong supplier relationships.

Negotiation & Contracting: Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to secure favorable deals without compromising on quality.

Cost Control: Monitor procurement costs, identify savings opportunities, and assist with overall budget planning.

Market Research: Keep abreast of market trends, industry shifts, and new product developments to inform procurement strategy.
Qualifications & Skills Required:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement, preferably within the manufacturing sector.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Soft Skills: Excellent negotiation, communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

Additional Requirements: Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
