Resume.ae, in collaboration with HCL Technologies, is hiring a strategic and experienced Procurement Manager to oversee supply chain operations and drive cost-effective sourcing initiatives. This full-time, on-site role in Dubai is ideal for professionals with a strong background in SCM, global sourcing, and process optimization. The successful candidate will lead procurement operations, implement automation strategies, and ensure alignment with quality, cost, and service metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage supply chain services and operations from offshore/client locations
• Collaborate with technology teams to design and implement business support processes
• Identify and implement process improvements using Six Sigma and RPA
• Drive cost reduction strategies and manage SCM accounts
• Ensure performance targets are met across quality, cost, and service metrics
• Lead and develop procurement teams, focusing on efficiency and productivity
• Conduct cost analysis and manage milestone tracking and reporting
• Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders to enhance satisfaction

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in SCM operations, including 5+ years in team management
• Experience in indirect category management and global sourcing
• Deep understanding of Source-to-Pay processes and ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
• Strong financial acumen and knowledge of Should Cost Analysis
• Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to travel on demand

Preferred Education & Certifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (required); MBA in SCM operations (preferred)
• Certifications such as APICS or CPM are a plus
• Prior onsite work experience is advantageous
