Emirates is seeking a qualified Procurement & Logistics Specialist – Healthcare for a 24-month fixed-term contract to support contract management strategies within the organization. This role is vital in managing supplier relationships, ensuring contract compliance, and driving efficiency in procurement processes for the healthcare category.

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently manage a healthcare-related procurement category to meet corporate needs.

• Maintain a detailed supplier database and ensure supplier compliance with Emirates Group standards.

• Support sourcing teams in resolving disputes, tracking penalties, and analyzing supplier performance.

• Drive supplier relationship management to monitor and enhance performance.

• Oversee the entire contract management lifecycle in line with company procedures.

• Prepare and deliver detailed supplier performance reports to stakeholders.

• Generate and share monthly contract-related management reports.

• Coordinate and maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Honours in Procurement, Finance, Engineering, or related field.

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in procurement, contract management, or finance.

• Professional certification preferred: MCIPS, CIPS, CPP, CSMP, CPSM, IPSCMI, or equivalent.

Key Skills:

• Strong understanding of procurement best practices and market trends.

• Proven ability to analyze supplier data and recommend process improvements.

• Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.

• Familiarity with contract law, compliance, and procurement software systems.
