Job Title: Procurement & Logistics Coordinator
Job Description:
We are seeking a Procurement & Logistics Coordinator to oversee supplier communications, inventory management, and logistics operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless supply chain processes, optimizing procurement efficiency, and managing product certifications and imports.
Responsibilities:

Communicate with suppliers, finance teams, and logistics companies.

Place purchase orders and monitor delivery timelines.

Track inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment.

Handle incoming requests and product inquiries from sales teams.

Manage procurement needs across multiple company branches.

Oversee supplier payments and account reconciliation.

Work with price lists, catalogs, and monitor supplier assortment changes.

Coordinate imports and product certifications with suppliers.

Track order deliveries from suppliers to receiving branches.

Manage customs clearance and collaborate with transportation providers.

Calculate and optimize shipping costs.
Requirements:
✔ Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement and/or logistics.
✔ Fluent English (Arabic is a plus).
✔ Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
✔ Proficiency in ERP systems (Zoho), MS Office, and Google Apps.
✔ Attention to detail, analytical mindset, and a high sense of responsibility.
✔ Residency in Dubai or willingness to relocate.
