MENA-Water is hiring a Procurement In-Charge to oversee supply chain operations including purchasing, logistics, and inventory management. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient and cost-effective processes while maintaining strong coordination across departments and ensuring ERP data accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage supply chain operations including procurement, logistics, and store functions.

• Coordinate with sales, production, electrical, installation, and project teams to align supply timelines and quality.

• Control and track all purchase orders, ensuring accurate ERP (IPACK) entries.

• Handle supplier follow-ups, confirmations, and resolve delivery/invoicing discrepancies.

• Maintain and reconcile inventory records, monitor stock ageing, and recommend actions.

• Continuously evaluate and improve supply chain procedures for cost and time efficiency.

• Update logistics schedules and ensure timely delivery and compliance with payment terms.

• Participate in internal and external ISO audits and enforce inventory control.

• Authorize and initiate monthly or random stock-taking.

• Coordinate between sales, project, customs, and logistics departments.

• Prepare and issue LPOs/IPOs through the IPACK system.

Requirements:

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or a related field.

• 2–5 years’ experience in a structured corporate supply chain or procurement role.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong organizational and tracking skills for procurement workflows.

• Strategic planning capabilities for large-scale acquisition programs.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Attention to detail with excellent documentation practices.

• Effective interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.

• Fluent in English and Arabic.

• Must hold a valid UAE Driving License.
