CECEP Techand Ecology & Environment Co., Ltd. – Dubai Branch is hiring a Procurement Executive – Materials to support its ongoing environmental and infrastructure projects. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai. The ideal candidate will play a key role in sourcing, negotiating, and managing the delivery of construction and project-specific materials. A background in construction procurement and fluency in Chinese is a strong advantage, though not mandatory.

You will work closely with vendors, project teams, and warehouse staff to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement that meets technical standards and project specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and procure a wide range of materials, including construction supplies, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) items, safety gear, and consumables.

• Evaluate supplier quotations for cost-effectiveness, quality, and project compliance.

• Prepare purchase orders and maintain procurement records in line with internal policies.

• Coordinate with engineers, warehouse teams, and project leads to ensure timely material fulfillment.

• Monitor inventory levels and report on stock availability to prevent shortages.

• Track and follow up on deliveries, addressing any delays or issues proactively.

• Maintain compliance with project-specific standards and material certifications.

• Build and manage strong vendor relationships, both locally and internationally.

• Ensure procurement activities align with budgetary and operational controls.

Skills and Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of experience in procurement, preferably in construction or environmental engineering.

• Knowledge of MEP materials, construction logistics, and supplier coordination.

• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.

• Ability to interpret technical specifications and communicate effectively with engineering teams.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); experience with procurement software is a plus.

• Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

• Fluency in English is required; Chinese language skills are a strong advantage.

• Valid UAE driving license is preferable.
