Precision Group is seeking an experienced and results-driven Procurement Executive to join their team in Dubai. This full-time, on-site position is responsible for the end-to-end procurement of raw materials, consumables, spare parts, and services. The role involves supplier negotiation, cost optimization, procurement strategy development, and ERP-based tracking, with a strong focus on compliance, operational efficiency, and vendor management.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 8 years of procurement experience, especially within the engineering and packaging industries, and demonstrate deep knowledge of sourcing, contract negotiation, and ISO standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and procure materials and services in accordance with company policy, budget, and quality requirements.

• Prepare and issue RFQs, evaluate bids, negotiate pricing and terms, and issue purchase orders.

• Ensure timely delivery and maintain accurate procurement records in ERP systems.

• Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships, including new vendor onboarding.

• Resolve issues related to quality, pricing, delivery, and invoicing in coordination with suppliers and internal teams.

• Coordinate with internal departments to review procurement needs and ensure continuous improvement.

• Monitor supplier performance and prepare regular procurement reports.

• Ensure all procurement practices comply with ISO standards and company policies.

• Organize the disposal of obsolete or salvage items as per company policy.

• Support stock inspection and documentation in coordination with the stores team.

• Stay informed on market trends and provide strategic advice on sourcing and procurement improvements.

• Adhere strictly to QHSE and regulatory requirements.

• Maintain up-to-date documentation with full traceability and compliance.

• Assist in the implementation and upgrading of procurement systems and processes.

• Perform any additional tasks as assigned by the line manager.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.

• Certifications: Preferred certifications include CIPS, CPSM, or CSCP.

• Experience: Minimum 8 years of relevant procurement experience in the engineering and packaging industry.

• Key Skills:

  • Strong contract negotiation and vendor management skills.

  • Proficient in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).

  • Effective communication and organizational abilities.

  • Ability to analyze quotes and manage multiple tasks under deadlines.

  • Knowledge of ISO documentation and quality standards.

  • Technical and commercial awareness, including legal/statutory procurement requirements.
