Procurement Assistant

Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the procurement lifecycle, ensuring compliance, maintaining accurate purchasing records, and coordinating with multiple site locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process purchase requisitions and purchase orders using SAP

  • Conduct D&B compliance checks for risk management

  • Create and maintain vendor master records

  • Maintain comprehensive procurement worksheets tracking purchases, pricing, and PR/PO data across all sites, yards, and offices

  • Regularly update and manage the list of approved vendors

  • Ensure proper documentation, filing, and control of Purchase Order (PO) records

  • Coordinate with site and yard offices for PRs and deliveries

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Specialized Diploma in Commerce or equivalent

  • Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel

  • 2–3 years of experience in procurement or supply chain support roles

  • Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
