Taylor Wessing, a leading global law firm with a presence in 17 jurisdictions, is hiring a Private Client Senior Associate for their Dubai office. This full-time role offers a dynamic opportunity to join their renowned Private Wealth team, working closely with colleagues in both Dubai and London. The role focuses on providing expert legal services to high-net-worth individuals, families, and trusts, particularly in areas of international wealth structuring, cross-border estate planning, and tax advisory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on UK and international private wealth matters including tax planning, estate structuring, succession laws, and trust administration

• Draft and review legal documentation such as wills, trust deeds, and foundation documents

• Handle complex multi-jurisdictional private client issues in coordination with global offices

• Manage and grow relationships with private wealth clients and intermediaries

• Mentor junior lawyers and contribute to team development

• Stay updated on international laws affecting private client services

• Optionally handle contentious trusts or probate matters

Qualifications & Experience:

• Qualified solicitor in the UK with a current SRA practicing certificate

• Minimum 5+ years PQE in private client law

• Demonstrated expertise in UK/international tax and wealth structuring

• Experience managing high-value cross-border trust and succession matters

• Excellent communication, client relationship, and organizational skills

• CTA, ATT, or ADIT qualifications are highly desirable

• Strong discretion and ability to handle confidential matters

• Familiarity with contentious probate or trusts is a plus
