Ateca Consulting is hiring an Assistant Vice President – Private Banker for a respected international financial institution expanding its Private Banking presence in the Middle East. The role involves managing and growing a portfolio of HNW and UHNW clients, delivering tailored investment and advisory solutions, and originating new client relationships. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage a portfolio of HNW and UHNW clients, focusing on long-term relationship growth.

• Deliver tailored multi-asset investment, credit, and advisory solutions aligned with client objectives and risk profiles.

• Partner with investment specialists, product, and credit teams to provide integrated portfolio management.

• Originate new client relationships through referrals, networking, and strategic prospecting.

• Maintain strong governance and service standards while contributing to platform growth and reputation.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 5–8 years of experience in Private Banking or Wealth Management with a record of client acquisition and retention.

• Proven ability to manage portfolios of approximately USD 150m or equivalent.

• Broad knowledge of investment products, structured solutions, and credit.

• Commercially sharp, self-motivated, target-driven, with a client-first mindset.

• Fluent in English; Arabic or other regional languages are advantageous.

• Comfortable in fast-paced, relationship-led environments that reward initiative and performance.

Compensation & Location:

• Base Salary: AED 50,000–60,000 per month

• Incentives: Attractive annual performance-based bonus
