This hybrid full-time role combines technical expertise, commercial judgment, and leadership skills to optimize recovery and asset performance. The role involves mentoring engineers, collaborating with subsurface, drilling, and production teams, and contributing to strategic investment planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead reservoir management and field development strategies.

• Collaborate with subsurface, drilling, and production teams for optimal asset performance.

• Mentor and guide engineers, maintaining high technical standards.

• Support strategic investment planning and decision-making.

• Apply reservoir simulation and classical engineering techniques (ECLIPSE, INTERSECT, etc.).

• Optimize production, well design, and EOR/IOR projects.

• Present technical and financial recommendations to management.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 15+ years of petroleum engineering experience, ideally in lead or advisory roles.

• Degree in Petroleum Engineering or related field; Master’s preferred.

• Expertise in reservoir simulation and field development planning.

• Strong understanding of petroleum economics, risk assessment, and upstream operations.

• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams.

• Hands-on experience with production optimization, well design, and EOR/IOR.

• Familiarity with Gulf region operations is desirable.

• Experience in both operator and service company environments is a plus.
