Quickplay is seeking an experienced and passionate Principal, Customer Success to join its remote team. This is a full-time opportunity ideal for professionals with strong program management skills, a customer-first mindset, and a drive for innovation in the OTT (Over-The-Top) video space. As a Principal in Customer Success, you will serve as the primary liaison for key customer accounts, ensuring successful onboarding, ongoing satisfaction, and measurable value delivery. You will act as a program manager, strategist, and customer advocate, working cross-functionally with internal teams such as Product, Engineering, and Sales to champion customer needs and drive adoption.
Job Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary contact for customer stakeholders, proactively managing relationships and communications.

Oversee onboarding of new clients and ensure smooth product implementation and training.

Advocate customer needs internally for continuous product and service enhancements.

Collaborate with product heads, engineering, and external tech partners for seamless execution of projects.

Monitor customer KPIs, satisfaction, retention, and upsell opportunities.

Prepare and deliver regular performance reports and strategic insights to internal and external stakeholders.

Manage high-impact projects on time and within budget while ensuring quality service delivery.
Skills Required:

5–7 years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Consulting roles.

Strong knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.

Excellent project/program management skills and the ability to manage cross-functional teams.

Strategic thinker with the ability to translate insights into actions.

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills tailored to different audiences.

Experience with OTT video ecosystems is a plus.

High emotional intelligence, adaptability, and a collaborative spirit.

Proficiency in data analysis, problem-solving, and performance evaluation.

Preferred: Degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Math, or Science.
