Halian is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Principal 360 Contract Recruitment Consultant to join their dynamic team in Dubai. This full-time, on-site position offers a great opportunity for recruitment professionals specializing in IT or finance to thrive in a fast-paced, candidate-driven market. The role requires full-cycle recruitment expertise, business development skills, and the ability to deliver recruitment solutions tailored to client needs across the Middle East market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop business strategies and attract new clients through outreach and consultation

• Write and post job descriptions on tech platforms and social media

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for junior to senior technical roles

• Build and maintain a strong candidate CRM pipeline

• Consult with clients to tailor recruitment strategies

• Stay up to date with industry trends and attend tech events for networking

• Mentor junior recruitment team members and promote best practices

• Maintain a strong network of both candidates and clients through online/offline engagement

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• University degree (preferred, not essential)

• Minimum 2 years of 360 recruitment experience in IT, Tech, or Finance

• Proven success in a recruitment agency environment

• Experience in business development and sales

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency with MS Office, LinkedIn, job boards, and online interviews

• Technical understanding of IT roles and recruitment needs
