Aldar Education, the leading education group in Abu Dhabi, is seeking an experienced and inspirational school leader for the role of Principal. The successful candidate will assume strategic, operational, and financial responsibility for a school in the UAE, working to maintain high standards of teaching, learning, and student achievement. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the strategic and operational direction of the school.

• Oversee school improvement initiatives and develop robust improvement plans.

• Foster a culture of excellence in teaching, learning, and student behavior.

• Monitor and evaluate staff performance and implement development plans.

• Build strong relationships with the school community and external stakeholders.

• Manage financial and operational aspects of the school effectively.

• Enhance the school’s curriculum through community partnerships.

• Maintain accountability and recognition of staff contributions.

• Drive innovation and continuous development aligned with Abu Dhabi’s educational vision.

Required Experience:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in the education sector.

• At least 5 years in a senior leadership position within a school setting.

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field.

• Master’s degree in Education or a similar qualification is essential.

Preferred Skills & Knowledge:

• Strong understanding of operational and financial management in schools.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

• Experience with the English National Curriculum, American Massachusetts State Curriculum, or International Baccalaureate preferred.

• Ability to work collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders, including board members and strategic partners.
