MAN Energy Solutions offers an internship opportunity in the Primeserv Navy division. This internship involves supporting project management tasks, including coordinating schedules, resources, and liaising with clients to define project requirements and objectives. The intern will help build strong customer relationships, assist in identifying market opportunities, and provide support in cost control, payment follow-ups, and project estimates. This role is ideal for those with a technical/engineering background and an interest in marine, energy, and industrial sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate project schedules, resources, equipment, and information.

• Liaise with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives.

• Ensure client needs are met as the project evolves and build customer trust.

• Collect market intelligence and communicate competitors’ activities and project opportunities.

• Assist with the identification of target regions/budgets.

• Support the development of needs analysis, design specifications, and solutions for clients.

• Work with Business Development Manager to implement marketing plans.

• Review client specifications, coordinate with the service team, and clarify requirements with clients.

• Prepare accurate project estimates and manage cost control.

• Follow-up on payments and perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Technical/Engineering background (preferably in Project Management).

• Must be enrolled in a College/University program; Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.

• Strong teamwork, problem-solving, and customer service skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office and excellent communication skills (both written and spoken in English).

• Good academic and professional standing.
