Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Primary KS1 Teacher at GEMS Education. The teacher will be responsible for:

• Monitoring and assessing student progress, providing timely intervention and support
• Collaborating with department heads and school leadership to promote a cohesive educational experience
• Fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students
• Delivering engaging lessons aligned with the curriculum
• Encouraging student development through creative and interactive learning methods

Qualifications:

• B.Ed or subject-related degree with PGCE / PGDE or equivalent
• Proven experience teaching KS1
• Ability to share outstanding teaching practices
• Creative and enthusiastic approach inside and outside the classroom
• Excellent interpersonal skills to work closely with colleagues, students, and parents
