Al Rabeeh Academy is seeking an enthusiastic and committed Primary Head of Year for August 2025. The academy, which offers the English National Curriculum alongside Arabic, is looking for a team player with a passion for education and leadership. The role involves leading a team, managing student progress, and actively participating in extra-curricular activities.
Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of educators, ensuring high-quality teaching and pastoral care.

• Communicate effectively with students, staff, and parents.

• Support creative learning environments and develop 21st-century skills.

• Track student progress using internal and external assessments.

• Be an active part of the academy’s extra-curricular program.

Qualifications:

• Fluent English speaker with a relevant degree and primary-level teaching qualification.

• Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in schools following the National Curriculum of England.

• Experience in managing a team and familiarity with current UK educational initiatives.

• Ability to use IT to enhance students’ learning experiences.

• Experience with EAL students is desirable but not essential.
