Torry Harris Integration Solutions is hiring a Presales Specialist with a strong background in solution architecture and IT consulting. This role involves bridging technical solutions with customer needs, supporting sales efforts, and driving the adoption of digital transformation offerings across the Middle East.

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with sales teams to understand client requirements and tailor suitable IT solutions

• Conduct engaging product demonstrations, PoCs, and technical presentations

• Prepare technical proposals, whitepapers, and responses to RFPs/RFIs

• Gather and analyze customer requirements to offer strategic consultation

• Act as a liaison between sales, engineering, and product teams to ensure solution alignment

• Monitor industry trends and competitive landscapes to refine presales strategies

• Design solution architecture and implementation roadmaps for clients

• Lead client workshops and deliver training sessions on product features and best practices

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with customers throughout the sales cycle

Candidate Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Pre-Sales, Technical Consulting, or Solution Engineering

• Strong knowledge of software products, cloud platforms, APIs, integration, and data management

• Excellent presentation and communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences

• Experience preparing Statements of Work (SoWs), RFP/RFI responses, and technical documentation

• Exposure to SaaS, enterprise IT, system integration, and digital transformation solutions

• Familiarity with Gen AI, automation, and emerging technologies

• Relevant certifications preferred (e.g., AWS, TOGAF, PMP)

• Language Requirement: Native Arabic speaker preferred
