🎯 Job Purpose
We are looking for an experienced Presales Specialist (Solutions Architect) to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will support sales and business development by translating customer requirements into tailored technical solutions, driving product and service adoption. You will work closely with both clients and internal teams to ensure the technical feasibility and strategic alignment of proposed solutions.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities

Solutioning & Technical Consultation: Collaborate with sales teams to understand client needs and propose suitable IT products and services.

Product Demonstrations & Presentations: Conduct engaging product demos, PoCs (Proof of Concepts), and technical presentations for potential clients.

Proposal & RFP/RFI Responses: Develop technical proposals, whitepapers, and responses to RFPs/RFIs to effectively communicate value propositions.

Customer Engagement & Requirement Gathering: Work closely with clients to analyze their pain points and provide consultative sales support.

Collaboration with Product & Delivery Teams: Act as a liaison between sales, product management, and engineering teams to ensure solutions meet market demands.

Competitive Analysis & Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies to refine pre-sales strategies.

Solution Architecture & Technical Feasibility: Assist in defining solution architectures, integrations, and implementation roadmaps.

Workshops & Training: Educate clients and internal teams on product capabilities, new features, and best practices.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the sales cycle.
🎓 Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience: 5+ years in pre-sales, solution engineering, or technical consulting roles within an IT company.

Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of software products, IT services, cloud computing, APIs, integration solutions, data management, and enterprise architectures.

Communication & Presentation: Ability to present complex solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders in a simplified manner.

Proposal Writing & Documentation: Experience in preparing technical proposals, SoWs (Statements of Work), and RFP/RFI responses.

Industry Knowledge: Exposure to digital transformation, SaaS, API-led solutions, and system integration.

Certifications (Preferred): Relevant IT certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, TOGAF, PMP) are a plus.

Emerging Technologies: Familiarity with Gen AI, automation, and enterprise digital solutions.

Language Requirement: Native Arabic speaker.
