Role Overview:
The Presales Engineer will provide technical support, conduct presales activities, assist sales efforts, and manage system integrations while ensuring solution security. This role requires strong knowledge of ELV and ICT solutions, excellent communication skills, and the ability to deliver tailored technical solutions to client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for ELV and ICT solutions.

• Conduct presales activities, including demonstrations and presentations.

• Assist sales teams with solution design and proposals.

• Manage system integrations and ensure secure deployment.

• Analyze customer requirements and propose appropriate technical solutions.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of security measures, structured cabling systems, and DNS systems.

Requirements:

• 3–4 years of relevant experience in ELV, ICT, or presales engineering.

• Strong knowledge of ELV and ICT solutions.

• Presales experience in security, structured cabling, and DNS systems.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.

• Relevant certifications and technical qualifications are a plus.
