Barco is seeking a Presales Engineer in Dubai to support its Medical Display Products and Solutions across the Middle East. This hybrid role involves providing technical assistance, demos, and customer support to drive sales and build trusted relationships with clients. You’ll work closely with the Territory Manager and partner sales teams, offering your expertise to support tenders, technical queries, and solution planning.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide pre-sales technical support and product education to Barco and partner sales teams.

Assist in the preparation of tender documents and perform product demonstrations.

Serve as a trusted technical advisor for customers and key accounts.

Use QA Web platform data to guide sales planning and improve customer engagement.

Manage support contracts and participate in sales opportunity planning.

Collaborate with Product Management to offer customized solutions for client needs.

Troubleshoot connectivity issues and stay updated on local MEA regulations.

Attend trade shows, training sessions, and internal meetings as required.

Travel up to 70% within the MEA region.
Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree (Engineering or Radiography preferred).

Prior experience in consultative sales within Medical Display Technology.

Solid understanding of medical imaging display ecosystems.
-
Experience with network configuration (VPN, firewalls, routing) is a plus.

Strong communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel and PowerPoint).

Technical curiosity and a hands-on approach to problem-solving.

Fluent in Arabic (native) and English.

Experience with Salesforce CRM and radiology-related devices is advantageous.

Background in a presales engineering team or matrix organization is a plus.
